Q: Will my gift box arrive in time?
Gift box orders generally take 2 days to ship. Once shipped, orders are generally received overnight. If you require your order by a deadline or have an urgent request, please contact us ASAP. Alternatively, if you would like to order in advance please let us know and we can arrange a delayed shipment.

Q: What if something breaks in transit?
A: 
If your box arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will be able to assist you.

Q: Do I pay shipping if I’m in Perth?

When ordering multiple boxes, our delivery costs are reduced. Please contact us at thegiftingcollective@gmail.com to enquire.

Q: Can I ask for a custom box?
A: 
Yes! We'd love to make a custom box for you. Email us at thegiftingcollective@gmail.com with some details and we'll be in touch.

Q: Do you offer discounts if I order a few boxes?
A: 
Yes, as our combined shipping costs reduce when you order several boxes, we're happy to pass on that reduction to you. Email us to enquire.

Q: Do you have payment plans?
A: 
We offer AfterPay, which allows you to pay for your purchase in four x fortnightly payments, while you receive the product right away! Simply select AfterPay as your payment type at checkout.

Q: Can you add a personalised note to the gift box?

 Absolutely! Just add your note at checkout and we'll make sure to include it.
